Each semester, SSS students must visit each of their professors in order to complete a Mid-Semester Grade Check. This opens a valuable discussion between professors and SSS students about academic progress. After completing the Mid-Semester Grade Check form, students will meet with their SSS advisor to discuss progress and courses of action that will promote success. If a student is struggling, the SSS advisor will connect the student to services such as tutoring, the UT Writing Center, personal counseling, or other appropriate resources.
